The National Theatre in Accra is set for one of the most talked-about theatrical Valentine’s Day Weekends of 2026 as Roverman Productions presents its much-anticipated Valentine Fiesta featuring two explosive love stories.

    The schedule is as follows:

Friday, 13th February – 7 PM (One Show Only): Love on the Ropes

Saturday, 14th February – 4 PM & 8 PM: Dubai or No Sex

In Love on the Ropes, Don, a retired boxing champion turned politician, is forced into a dramatic confrontation with his wife, Aisha, a bold and brilliant influencer determined to expose a long-guarded secret live on her podcast.

What begins as a wedding anniversary celebration quickly spirals into a public showdown where love, lies, and legacy collide, raising the ultimate question: can truth heal a marriage, or destroy it forever?

Dubai or No Sex shifts the spotlight to Adwoa and Barnabas, a couple navigating the pressures of modern success and social comparison.

Influenced by flashy lifestyles and social media appearances, Adwoa demands more luxury, more status, and vacations in Dubai instead of the modest traditions her husband prefers. When Barnabas refuses a questionable opportunity to make millions, she issues a bold ultimatum.

The play explores honesty, integrity, ambition, and the tension between staying true to oneself and yielding to external pressure.

    Ticket Rates:

    GHC 300 – Regular

    GHC 500 – Couples

GHC 225 – Loyalty Card Holders

Tickets are available via the RoverApp or by dialling *365*535#.

The productions are backed by major sponsors, including Korba, Stanbic Bank, and Ebony Condoms and Gino Jollof Mix, with communications partners MNotify and Logistic Movers, promising a premium theatrical experience.
