Ghana’s National Hajj Taskforce has rejected claims of delivering poor service to Ghanaians it took to the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage.

According to a report by citinewsroom.com, the Chairman of the Taskforce, Collins Dauda, described claims of poor service delivery as mere propaganda.

He said that the service delivery to the Ghanaian pilgrims has been top-notch, questioning the validity of the claims of poor services.

“I’ve been pronounced dead before, but I still live. Several people have been pronounced dead on social media, yet they still live. We all know the extent to which social media can divert attention and mislead people.

“If you have a hotel accommodating about 6,000 people and one room’s air conditioner is a problem, is there an issue? It shouldn’t be an issue. It shows clearly where the person is coming from.

He added, “It happens everywhere; in your homes, don’t you encounter situations from time to time?” he said.
