    The Functional Sports League Ghana is set to host two days of intense contest and inspire athleticism at the National Championship dubbed Iron Forge.

    The competition is set for Saturday 23rd November 2024 at Zulka Astroturf Park Dansoman and Sunday 24th November 2024 at Idrowhyt Event Centre Akokofoto Dansoman.

    This inaugural event will feature athletes from Greater Accra, Ashanti, Bono, Central, Western, and Eastern Regions battling it out in a series of demanding challenges designed to test their capacities across a broad range of physical abilities.

    Charles Owusu-Ansah President Functional Sports League Ghana explained that athletes will be required to go through the six test routines namely Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight, Power, Mixed, and Skill in a unique and challenging workout routines that demonstrates the full spectrum of functional fitness.

    Further more, Iron Forge is a chance to witness the dedication and passion of the Ghanaian fitness community.

    The Functional Sports League Ghana is extending invitation to seasoned athletes, a fitness enthusiasts and others to join the competition.
