Senior Presidential Staffer, Nana Yaa Jantuah, has made a surprising disclosure about the private life of Mustapha Gbande, Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Speaking on the September 4, 2025, edition of Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen program, Nana Yaa Jantuah, who described Mustapha Gbande as a close associate, revealed that the prominent politician is also a church pastor.
“Mustapha is a pastor, do you know that?” she told the show’s host.
Shocked by the revelation, the host inquired further, as the Senior Presidential Staffer disclosed that Mustapha, who also serves as Deputy Director of Operations at the Jubilee House, is a pastor at Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams’ Action Chapel International.

“Yes, he is a pastor at Action Chapel. He is my brother,” she said.
“If Mustapha comes here to preach the word of God to you, you will be amazed,” she added.
Describing the Deputy Director of Operations as one of the kindest people she has met, Nana Yaa Jantuah emphasised that Mustapha is deeply committed to his Christian faith.

“He even travels to Israel to pray and all that,” she said.
“Mustapha is one of the sweetest people you can find on this earth. If you are looking for someone who is humane, sweet, and nice with a good heart, Mustapha is lovely, very lovely, I am telling you. He is a wonderful guy,” she stated.
Reacting to a video of Nana Yaa Jantuah’s revelation on his Facebook page, the NDC Deputy General Secretary quoted a verse from the Book of Matthew in the Bible, where Jesus queried his disciples about their perception and the public’s perception of him: “Who do people say that I am? But who do you say that I am?” he wrote.
