Media personality, MzGee has drawn lessons from singer Mr Eazi’s journey, following his high-profile marriage to Temi Otedola.
According to her, positive declarations must always be matched with resilience and hard work.
On her Gee O’clock show, she cited the recent three-part wedding, which drew global attention and served as a springboard for MzGee to highlight the deeper lessons behind Mr Eazi’s success.
She referenced a childhood story of his that recently resurfaced online, where he boldly wrote: “It is not over until it’s over. See you at the top.”
“Did he manifest what he wrote years ago? Absolutely. But he didn’t just speak it, he worked for it,” she explained.
MzGee noted that before global fame, Mr Eazi was hustling in Ghana by selling used phones, venturing into business, and even suffering huge losses.
“I have a huge problem with Christians who speak things into existence and then fold their arms, waiting for manna from heaven. Mr Eazi didn’t just speak. He worked, he failed, he documented his process, and today he’s at the top,” she said.

For her, the singer’s glamorous wedding is evidence that vision, resilience, and persistence eventually pay off.
“Success doesn’t happen in a vacuum,” she concluded.
In May, the couple tied the knot in Monaco on May 9, a date chosen to honor Mr Eazi’s late mother’s birthday—before holding a traditional Yoruba ceremony in July at the Otedola family’s home in Dubai.
Guests enjoyed a backyard reception adorned with over 2,000 lanterns and a shisha lounge after-party.
The celebrations culminated in Iceland in August, where Temi walked down the aisle in a Fendi Haute Couture gown at Reykjavik’s iconic Hallgrimskirkja church.
