Founder of Heaven’s Way Chapel, Evangelist Patricia Oduro Mensah, also known as Nana Agradaa, has addressed her failed prophecy regarding Dr. Bawumia’s victory in the 2024 general elections.

In a video shared on social media, Nana Agradaa defended her prediction, asserting that it is not a crime to have made an incorrect prophecy.

She compared her situation to that of pastors who prophesied Kamala Harris’s win in the U.S. elections, noting that they continue their lives without facing repercussions.

“If I mentioned that Bawumia will win and he has lost, it’s not a crime. It’s a matter of time, and this will surely come to pass. Some pastors prophesized that Harris would win, but she lost, and they are all moving about freely, so nobody should come and attack me,” she said.

Nana Agradaa further noted that her prophecy has brought significant attention to her and her church, solidifying her self-proclaimed status as the “Nation’s Prophetess.”

“This election has taken me far; everybody has seen me and my church, so whether you like it or not, I’m the nation’s prophetess,” she added.

Meanwhile, the Electoral Commission of Ghana announced John Dramani Mahama as the president-elect of the Republic of Ghana, 48 hours after the polls closed on December 7.

The announcement declared Mahama the winner with 6,328,397 votes, representing 56.55% of the total votes.
