A lady vowed never to get another piercing after hers became a medical emergency due to the jewelry being trapped in her skin.
The lady posted a video of her swollen lips from the Medusa piercing, which required a stud above her lip and below her nose.
After the piercing closed, she claimed the jewelry stuck under her skin’s surface, leading to a swollen lip. She was left with no choice but to undergo a minor surgical procedure to remove the jewelry.
She promises never to get another piercing because of the tremendous difference it made to her face.
