A lady shared the frustrating moment her client didn’t show up for her birthday surprise, despite all the effort she had put into decorating the room.
The lady an event planner specialized in designing spaces for events and celebrations, had been contacted by her client to decorate a hotel room for a birthday surprise.
She shared how she had poured her heart into decorating the hotel room for her client’s birthday birthday surprise only for the celebrant to never show.
She waited till midnight, the hotel management being patient with her allowing her to keep up her decorations till then, hoping the client would show, but to no avail.
Eventually, she had no choice but to take down all the decorations from the room and then asked her staff to go home.
The lady expressed her deep disappointment in the video, noting that she had wasted her time, money, and energy.
In her words;
“My client didn’t show up for her birthday surprise. I’m actually not happy because this is something we planned since. Haven’t experienced this before.
The hotel was so patient enough to wait till midnight, thinking they where going to show up but to no avail. I had to tell my staff to start going home cause it was getting late. I feel bad but at the same time we thank God.”
Social media users chimed in with hilarious comments to cheer her up. They also applauded the planner for commitment, staying that long despite the disappointment.
