Honorable Rita Naa Odoley Sowah, Member of Parliament for the La Dade Kotopon Constituency, is a shining example of a leader dedicated to empowering her constituents. Her “Ny3 Awo Kpakpa Skills Training Program” has been a game-changer, providing practical skills training in areas like fashion designing, catering, and cosmetology .

With over 400 constituents benefiting from the program, Hon. Sowah’s commitment to reducing unemployment and teenage pregnancy is truly inspiring. Her passion for empowering the youth has driven her to continue this legacy as their Member of Parliament .

What’s even more impressive is that Hon. Sowah has achieved this success despite facing challenges, including limited support and funding. Her determination and leadership have proven that impactful initiatives can drive community transformation, even with limited resources .
