A mother of three was found dead inside a freezer in her own home, an inquest has heard.
Carolann Barraclough’s body was discovered at her house in Wakefield by West Yorkshire Police and paramedics on March 6.
A post mortem examination gave the cause of death as ‘blunt force head trauma pending further investigation’.
Her husband, David Barraclough was charged with her murder the following day.

An inquest into Ms Barraclough’s death at Wakefield Coroner’s Court heard that it appeared that she had been found in a freezer at her home address.
Her death was confirmed by a paramedic from the Yorkshire Ambulance Service on the morning of March 6, the coroner was told.
Coroner Oliver Longstaff said that the inquest was not making any ‘finding of facts’ in the case.

Yorkshire Live reported that flowers and cards placed at the scene on Ken Churchill Drive described Ms Barraclough as a ‘beautiful and amazing sister’ who had a lovely smile.
Her family has thanked everyone for their messages, cards and flowers.
DCI Stacey Atkinson, of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said early on during police’s investigation: ‘We recognise this incident will cause concern locally and I can advise residents we are not seeking anyone else in connection with the matter.’
