Mohammed Kudus has outlined his ambitions for the season with Tottenham Hotspur, insisting that silverware is his main objective.

The Ghana international, who joined Spurs in a £55 million move from West Ham, is determined to help end the club’s long wait for domestic success.

Tottenham are reigning Europa League champions following last season’s triumph over Manchester United, but that victory came against the backdrop of a 17-year drought in English competitions.

“We play in almost all the competitions this season; Premier League, Champions League, all the cups in England, so winning a trophy would be a successful season,” Kudus told Sports Illustrated.

Beyond lifting silverware, the 24-year-old midfielder has also set his sights on securing a return to Europe’s elite competition. “Also finishing top four is a very reasonable challenge for us this season, qualifying for the next Champions League,” he added.

Kudus has already made a strong start under new manager Thomas Frank, quickly establishing himself as a key creative force in Spurs’ attack. He has created a team-high 12 chances and assisted three goals.
