Media personality Abena Moet believes that the happiest wives are often those married to men who cheat.
Speaking during a relationship discussion on GHOne TV, she argued that unfaithful men mostly go out of their way to keep peace at home and ensure their wives are satisfied.
According to her, such ‘cheating men’ tend to be more transparent about their movements because their mistresses are already aware of the existence of their wives.

Abena Moet dismissed the idea that women who forgive a cheating husband will forever be suspicious whenever their partner travels or becomes unreachable.
She responded to a point raised by fellow panelist on the show, Maame Animwaa, saying, “My husband is not stupid. When he’s with that woman, he’ll call me first because he would like to cool the house… The men that cheat actually have the happiest wives. Do you know why? They make sure that when they get there with the side chick because the side chick already knows there’s another woman, so it’s in front of them they will say ‘Oh babe, I’m here,’” Abena Moet stated.

Abena Moet’s comment comes on the back of Maame Animwaa’s perspective, where she mentioned that forgiveness does not erase suspicion.
Maame Animwaa explained that once a husband cheats, even if he apologises and is forgiven, trust is never restored.
She gave the example of a man going away for a weekend trip and suddenly becoming unreachable, saying that the first thought that would run through his wife’s mind is that he is with another woman.
“When my husband cheats, I’ll forgive him, but I’ll never forget. You will never forget, don’t lie. Because even though he has apologised to you and everything, best believe on a weekend where your husband comes to you and tells you, ‘Oh babe, I have to go out of town for the weekend,’ he gets there and, let’s say, something happens, his phone gets missing, or he can’t find his charger, and you can’t reach him for that weekend, the first thing that will come to your mind is, he is with another woman,” Maame Animwaa said.
