    iNMusic Digital Distribution, a leading international distribution, marketing, and publishing company powered by iNMusic Distro, has announced the appointment of four new executives to its team. The move reflects the company’s commitment to excellence in music distribution, rights management, and business development.




    The new appointees are:

    1. Lusimadio Soki Simao – Label Manager (Southern Africa)

    Lusimadio Soki Simao will spearhead iNMusic’s efforts in the Southern African region. His role includes onboarding new labels and artists, providing client support, and implementing strategies to empower independent creators. With years of experience in Africa’s music ecosystem, his appointment underscores the company’s commitment to the fast-growing African music market.



    A spokesperson for iNMusic Distro said:

    “We are thrilled to welcome Lusimadio as our Label Manager for Southern Africa. His leadership will help us better serve independent artists and labels across the continent.”



    2. Adams Awui – Executive Vice President / General Manager, Rights & Royalties



    Adams Awui will oversee rights and royalties administration, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and payments to rights holders. He will also lead rights management, including copyright, licensing, and permissions, while developing strategies to optimize royalty collection and reporting for artists and labels under iNMusic Distro.

    3. Jeffery Anim – Operations Manager



    In his new role, Jeffery Anim will handle the logistics and operations of music releases, ensuring smooth delivery of singles, albums, and EPs to various global streaming platforms.

    4. Bernice Lartey – Business Communications & Consultant



    Bernice Lartey will drive business growth and lead strategic communications for the company. She will be responsible for building partnerships, enhancing the company’s brand visibility, providing expert consultancy to artists, and recording labels on industry trends, marketing, and business opportunities.
    These new appointments are expected to enhance iNMusic Digital Distribution’s operations and strengthen its support for its expanding client base across Africa and beyond.
