Ghanaian rapper Medikal has moved to shut down growing speculation that he fathered a child with singer Eazzy prior to the birth of his son, Space Frimpong.
The award-winning rapper, in a recent interview, described the claims as baseless, insisting he is a father of only two children — Island and Space.
“There were posts flying around online, but anyone who genuinely knows me understands I don’t hide things,” Medikal said. “If I already have two children, who exactly would I be hiding another one from? It’s just Island and Space — that’s it,” he added with a laugh.
Medikal also took a moment to explain the meaning behind his newborn son’s name, revealing that “Space” symbolizes limitless potential.
“I named him Space because I want him to grow without boundaries — to know life has no limits,” he explained proudly. “Any other name just wouldn’t have captured that.”
The rapper recently announced the arrival of baby Space on social media, reaffirming his close bond with singer Eazzy as they celebrate the latest addition to their family.
