The 20-year-old was making his third appearance for the club he joined three weeks ago on a free transfer.
His 54th-minute screamer from inside the box ensured Bnei Sakhnin doubled their lead en route to beating Beitar Jerusalem 2-1 in the Israeli Premier League.
Cudjoe collected a pass close to the center arc and threaded it to the right side for Obeida Darwish, who squared it inside the area for the Ghana youth star to smash home for a two-nil scoreline.
Konstantinos Sotiriou had opened the scoring in the 12th minute, with Cudjoe providing the assist for the goal.
Beitar Jerusalem pulled one back in the 57th minute.
