Rising Afrobeats singer Manye Fi is making waves with the release of her debut EP, Manye Fi Rebirth, a five-track project led by the flirty, addictive single “Rema.”

Now available across all major streaming platforms, the EP is quickly gaining attention from fans looking for fresh sounds similar to global stars Tems, Tyla and Ayra Starr.

Originally released exclusively on Audiomack on May 2nd, Manye Fi Rebirth has already crossed 80,000 streams in its first week, and that’s with little to no heavy promotion.

Though “Rema” was the first to drop, it’s the third track, “Special” that has unexpectedly become the most streamed song on the EP.

Meanwhile, “Tatata” and “Man Down” which features TGMA 26 nominee Ayisi, are also building traction as listeners explore the full project.

Born to Ghanaian parents and raised between Germany and the UK, Manye Fi blends her European energy with her West African roots, bringing something unique to the Afrobeats genre.

For fans searching for new Afrobeats music, Manye Fi offers a fresh yet familiar vibe that connects instantly. Most tracks on the EP are in English, but Manye Fi weaves in Ga language moments, especially in the final track, “Nyash Commander”, giving global fans something new while shining a light on her heritage.

“I wanted each track to feel like crossing a bridge from where I started to where I’m headed,” she shared with GhanaNdwom. “Manye Fi Rebirth isn’t a rebrand; it’s a reminder that every day you wake up, you get to start over.”

Manye Fi’s debut EP takes listeners on an emotional journey through love, heartbreak, healing, and self-worth.

The opening track, Tatata, sets the tone with a story of an ex stirring up old feelings and confusion. She’s caught between the comfort of the familiar and the need to move forward.

In Man Down, the tone shifts. She’s done with the games. Her growth is loud and clear as she ignores his repeated calls and confidently declares him a chapter closed.

With Special, the mood softens. Here, she reflects on a time when she was broken, saved by someone who saw her value. But it’s the love she finds within herself that truly brings her peace.

Then comes Rema, a flirty confession about falling for someone who’s all charm and red flags. She knows he’s trouble, but she can’t help how she feels, and she owns it.

Finally, Nyash Commander closes the project with power. The tables have turned, and she’s no longer waiting around. Now she’s the one being chased, but she’s already moved on.

With a growing fanbase she calls The Monarchs, Manye Fi has her sights set high. Like Rema, she dreams of selling out global venues like the O2 Arena, Madison Square Garden, and Boston Music Hall and hearing crowds sing her lyrics word-for-word.

But for now, she’s focused on building something special through intimate shows in 500-1000 capacity spaces before the year ends.

For fans of Afrobeats, Manye Fi Rebirth is the perfect next listen.

Stream Manye Fi Rebirth now on Spotify, Audiomack, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and all major streaming platforms.
