Manchester United defender, Patrick Dorgu will be on the sidelines for over two months after sustaining a hamstring injury against Arsenal in the Premier League.
The defender scored a brilliant goal to help propel the Red Devils to a stunning 3-2 win over the league leaders at the Emirates Stadium.
Following further diagnosis, the injury is expected to sideline him for about 10 weeks before he fully recovers and rejoins the squad.

Dorgu has been a standout performer since Michael Carrick took over from Ruben Amorim, scoring in both the 2-0 win over Manchester City and the 3-2 away win at Arsenal.
He was converted from a left wing-back in Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 system to a left winger in Carrick’s 4-2-3-1 formation, a move that has transformed him into a top player flourishing in the role.
Sports pundit and former Manchester United player Gary Neville praised Dorgu’s transformation in recent games, saying: “Patrick Dorgu looked like such an average wing-back under Ruben Amorim. Further forward he looks like a completely and utterly different player.”
His absence will be a huge setback for the Red Devils ahead of their home game against Fulham on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
