A man has been rushed to hospital with a forearm injury after he fell about two-metres in a workplace incident in Sydney’s north-west.
Emergency services first believed the man had suffered a gunshot wound but upon arrival at Anytime Fitness, Box Hill about 3.15pm on Friday, determined he had been involved in a workplace injury, Daily Telegraph reported.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance told Daily Mail Australia the man had fallen approximately two metres and sustained a forearm injury.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital.
NSW Police confirmed it was a ‘workplace incident’ and had been handed over to Safework NSW.
