The flyweight bout between former world title challenger Jayson Mama (20-2-1, 10 KOs) and Michael Bravo (14-5-1, 7 KOs) ended in a third-round technical draw on Friday night in Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. The referee stopped the bout and ruled that a cut suffered by Bravo was caused by a headbutt.
In other action, world-ranked minimumweight Joey Canoy (23-5-2, 14 KOs)secured an eight round unanimous decision victory against Ariston Aton (9-13-1, 5 KOs).
Also, bantamweight RV Deniega (11-1, 6 KOs) delivered an impressive performance, stopping Jelo Bacalso (6-7-2, 4 KOs) in the seventh round.
