For years, Kumawood actress Clara Benson, popularly known as Maame Serwaa, has been at the center of speculation regarding her body transformation.

These rumors have intensified with time, as the actress, who started her career at a very young age, continues to develop significantly in terms of her physique.

Many social media users speculate that she has undergone cosmetic surgery to enhance her body.

However, in a recent interview with Emelia Brobbey on the Okukuseku Show, Maame Serwaa set the record straight, revealing that her body is completely natural and that she has never gone under the knife.

She admitted that although she once considered breast reduction surgery due to their large size, she ultimately chose a different path.

According to the actress, she initially struggled with her body image and felt that her breasts were too big, which made her think about surgical reduction.

But instead of surgery, she opted for regular exercise to maintain her shape.

“There have been so many rumors about me, but the truth is, I have never done surgery. I only considered reducing my breasts at one point because they were too big. But with constant exercise, I have been able to maintain my body naturally,” she revealed.
