Luka Doncic’s ex-fiancee has reportedly filed a new lawsuit against the NBA star just days after dropping her court case over child support for their children.
Doncic, 27, has been embroiled in a messy custody battle with model Anamaria Goltes, who filed a petition for child support and attorney fees from him earlier this year. The couple share two young girls – Gabriela, 2, and seven-month-old Olivia.
Their legal fight appeared to be over earlier this week when, according to TMZ, court documents stated that Goltes, 28, asked a Los Angeles judge to dismiss the case.
‘I am withdrawing my Petition for Child Support with the specific intention of resolving this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children,’ she reportedly wrote.
However, a new report from TMZ on Thursday claims Doncic’s ex has now filed a claim in Slovenia while seeking $50million.
Goltes is demanding $40m for herself, with the other $10m seemingly for their two daughters.

It is believed she also wants to increase her custody rights and reduce Doncic, who is currently allowed to see the children at least twice per week, to just one day per week.
Goltes’ request to drop the court case over child support has also not been granted yet because the documents were missing Doncic’s signature.
Doncic, who signed a three-year, $165 million maximum contract with the Lakers a year ago, made the ‘tough decision’ to end his engagement with Goltes in March just months after the birth of their second daughter, Olivia.
‘I love my daughters more than anything and I’ve been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the US during the season, but that hasn’t been possible, so I recently made the tough decision to end my engagement,’ he said in a statement provided to ESPN.
‘Everything I do is for my daughters’ happiness and I will always fight to be with them and give them the best life I can.’
The split has since turned bitter, with Doncic accusing Goltes of filing for child support in California to ‘avail herself’ of the state’s generous payment laws.
Court documents reveal Doncic filed a motion to dismiss the petition, arguing that neither Goltes nor the children are actually residents of California. They live in Slovenia.

Following the conclusion of the Lakers’ season in May, Doncic decided he would not play for the Slovenian national team this summer in order to devote more time to his two daughters.
‘I love my daughters more than anything, and they will always come first in my life,’ Doncic wrote on Instagram.
‘As I continue working toward joint custody of my daughters, I have been forced to make a difficult decision between traveling and playing for the Slovenian national team and being with my daughters this summer.
‘Unfortunately, it has been made extremely difficult for me to see them over the past eight months.’
He then added: ‘I have given everything to representing Slovenia and I am disappointed that I will not be able to play for my country this summer. But right now, my daughters and my responsibilities as a father are my priority.’
