Undefeated Filipino bantamweight Kenneth Llover (15-0,10 KOs), remained undefeated by scoring a TKO win over former two-division world champion Luis “El Nica” Concepcion (40-12, 29 KOs) of Panama
The match was the main event of the “Mano a Mano’ boxing card presented by Gerrypens Promotions and Kameda Promotions at the Ballroom of Winford Resort & Casino in Santa Cruz, Manila, Philippines.

After a very competitive start, Llover knocked Concepcion down in rounds 2 and 3 and kept putting pressure on the veteran Panamanian who managed to survive rounds 4 and 5 of the match scheduled for 10 rounds.
Concepción recovered and had a good reaction in rounds 6 and 7 but a younger, faster and stronger Llover landed a series of combinations which forced the referee to stop tbe fight at 2:27 in rounds 8.
