A little girl, who had initially expressed disappointment when her mother played an indigenous Igbo cartoon instead of Coco Melon, has since developed a fondness for the Igbo cartoon.

Recall that the little girl’s countenance fell when her mother @elora.and.mama replaced Coco Melon with the Indigenous cartoon.

A remarkable transformation has transpired in her viewing preferences as she now appreciates and enjoys storytelling and the musical rhymes of the Igbo cartoon.

In the viral clip, the characters in the Indigenous cartoon spoke the Igbo dialect, demonstrating the human body parts while the little girl joyfully imitated their movements.

As the video went viral, many recommended that parents adopt training their kids in their home dialect rather than concentrating solely on foreign cartoons.

@Delphine | Content Editor This genuinely made me happy. Igbo culture must be preserved!

@chachistores The mum probably tries to make it fun for her. Maybe by gesturing like the characters so she copied it

@omoleyehannah I love this, definitely buying different languages for my children

@macdo_eze Lovely to watch, comes handy for our abroad peeps. No excuses from here on. Your wards must speak Igbo regardless of where you are in the world.

@C👅H🍃I🌺S🔑O🔐M🍟 No one is talking about how smart the little girl is 🥰🥰🥰

    Watch Video,
