Laurence Fox has arrived at court with his conspiracy theorist podcaster fiancée to face a sexual offences charge for allegedly sharing an upskirting photo of TV star Narinder Kaur.
The actor-turned-political activist, 46, was dressed in a jacket and jeans and wearing a cap emblazoned with the words ‘Two-Tier’.
He was supported by his long-term partner Elizabeth Barker, who held his hand as they walked into Woolwich Crown Court.
Fox, of Peldon in Essex, is accused of sharing a sexually intrusive image of Kaur – a regular on Good Morning Britain and GB News – amid an online row over politics.
The photo, which was reportedly taken without her knowledge as she exited a taxi in 2009, was allegedly posted without her consent.
He is facing two counts: the first alleging he shared a ‘photograph or film of a person in an intimate state intending to cause alarm, distress or humiliation,’ and a second count accusing him of sending a ‘photograph or film of genitals to cause alarm, distress or humiliation.’

The charges fall under Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act, introduced in 2023, which criminalises the intentional sharing of sexual images without consent, with the purpose of causing harm or for sexual gratification.
If convicted, Fox could face up to two years in prison and be placed on the Sex Offenders egister.
The case stems from a month-long investigation by the Metropolitan Police, who confirmed that the original photographer has not been identified.
Kaur, who waived her legal right to anonymity, said she was ‘determined to stand up’ against what she called a violation of her dignity and privacy.
Upskirting – taking pictures underneath someone’s clothes without their consent – became a specific criminal offence in 2019.
Fox, who first rose to fame for his role in ITV drama Lewis, has since rebranded himself as a right-wing commentator and founder of the Reclaim Party.
He has stood in three failed election campaigns and was barred from running in the most recent London mayoral election after submitting incomplete nomination papers.
Fox was previously married to actress Billie Piper with whom he has two children.
