The Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) office located in Juapong, North Tongu District, Volta Region, has been locked by the landlord following action taken by the property’s landlord due to outstanding rental arrears owed by GWCL.
According to my sources, these arrears have been accruing since 2023.
Attempts by the unnamed landlord to collect his money proved futile.
The landlord left a note for the workers that reads ” Do not touch. See your landlord. Pay your rent arrears.
A viral video captures the moment the workers got to work only to be stranded.
