    A lady sparked intense debate online when she shared her opinions about a lady asking permission from her husband to do certain things.

    The whole discourse was started by a seemingly innocent post from an X (Twitter) user @_DebbieOA, where she expressed her desire to get a tattoo but was hindered by her husband.

    Another user, @tolumuses who shared her experience, revealed that she too had expressed her desire to get piercings, but her husband was not receptive towards it.

    This caused other users to start expressing their views on the matter, with some supporting asking for permission wile others rejecting it. Leading one user @1sadmads to conclude that the current generation was a loveless one.

    This prompted another user, @sorosokewomen to write a long detailed reply explaining the “double standard” she felt existed in relationships, and what her stance on the topic was.

    This contribution however, did nothing to quell the debate, instead leading to more people joining in the discussion, sharing their views opinions, and sentiments;
