In a video which has since gone viral, a lady with the username @koko_oma_ on TikTok shared what she witnessed at a birthday celebration, which warmed her heart.
She was invited by a friend to what she thought was a simple birthday celebration of his IT friend at his workplace, but was touched by how their organization, which values its staff, took out time to celebrate them.
To her amazement, the office was filled with well-decorated cakes, not just for his friend but for several staff members with different names written on each cake.
It turned out that the company deemed it fit to celebrate all staff members who had their birthdays from the month of April to June, all in one beautiful, inclusive birthday celebration.
Their special way of appreciating and honouring every team member and marking their special day with them.
Social media users praised the organization’s thoughtful way of honouring its staff members, while others spoke of how such recognition and community in the workplace can go a long way.
