A video that appears to show Burnley defender Kyle Walker ‘completely plastered’ and alone on holiday in Cannes has emerged on social media.
Walker, 36, is currently vacationing with his wife Annie Kilner during the extended three-week international break, having endured a difficult start to life in the Championship with the Clarets.
Kilner, with whom the full-back shares five children, posted an Instagram story of the married couple partying on a beach in what appears to be the luxury of the French Riviera.
Hours later, a football fan on social media posted a video of a man who they believe to be Walker slouched on a bench while apparently drunk in the depths of the night.
The X user wrote a caption along with the video which read: ‘I just ran into Kyle Walker all alone and, above all, completely plastered right in the middle of Cannes’

Walker has featured six times for Burnley in what has been a nightmare return to the second tier, acting as captain with Josh Cullen on the sidelines for an extended period through injury.
However, the right-back was dropped by manager Nicky Hayen for Burnley’s 1-1 draw with Derby County on Saturday.
The Lancashire club currently sit rock bottom of the Championship after eight games, and are winless following relegation from the Premier League last season.
Burnley fans have not witnessed their club win a football match at Turf Moor in the league since October 2025, and they haven’t seen a victory in any competition since February.
They were moments away from ending that horrendous run against the Rams as they led through Zeki Amdouni’s first-half header as the match entered stoppage time.
But Mo Fuseini’s dramatic late leveller ensured that Burnley’s woes continued, and extended their stay at the foot of the table.

Wales international Connor Roberts filled the right-back spot in the back four against Derby, as Walker was left on the bench for the full 90 minutes by under-pressure Hayen.
Walker and his wife, Kilner, welcomed their fifth child, and first daughter, Royal Wish, into the world ahead of the new season back in July.
The couple plan on calling their baby daughter Wish, but wanted to keep the ‘R’ theme going with their brood.
Annie and 36-year-old Kyle’s sons are called Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and 14-month-old Rezon.
Last month, Annie, 33, revealed the newest addition to the family had arrived, saying: ‘Our precious baby girl is here safe.
‘Speechless with the amount of love we all feel and the joy she’s already brought to our family.

Childhood sweethearts Kyle and Annie married in 2021, but their relationship hit the rocks in January 2024 after it was revealed that he was the father of Lauryn Goodman’s daughter Kinara.
The influencer controversially messaged Annie on Boxing Day 2023 to reveal she was expecting her second child with Walker, who previously fathered her first son, Kairo, five, during a brief break-up with Annie.
Kyle’s betrayal resulted in the defender being kicked out of the family home he shares with Annie, who later served him with divorce papers as their marriage fell apart.
