Veteran Ghanaian Hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese has announced his intention to venture into politics, specifically as a Member of Parliament (MP).
Speaking in an interview on JoyPrime TV, the rapper revealed that he would consider the move once he is financially capable.
“Yeah. When I get enough money, then I will,” he said when asked if he had plans to go into politics.

Kwaw Kese elaborated that he would want to represent his hometown constituency.
“I would start as an MP. Yeah. I’d represent my people, Agona Swedru,” he explained.
He further noted that when the time comes, he would seek guidance from political activist and musician Kwame A Plus, who he described as a neighbour.
“If I want to enter politics, A Plus is my neighbour, Gomoa and Agona, so I can tap into his blessings, I can seek advice,” he added.
