Kudus is a player of Tottenham

Kudus Mohammed is facing growing scrutiny after Tottenham Hotspur’s 4-1 defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Returning from injury, the 25-year-old was expected to provide spark and creativity but struggled to influence the game during his 78 minutes on the pitch.

Despite his talent, Kudus has been unable to consistently reproduce the performances that initially earned him a high-profile move from West Ham United to Tottenham in the summer.

His showing against Arsenal has raised questions about his reliability and ability to perform on the big stage.

Former Tottenham manager, Tim Sherwood weighed in on Kudus’ performance following the match, acknowledging the Ghanaian’s talent but emphasizing his inconsistency.

“Kudus is a breath of fresh air; he brings a lot to the team when he plays. But he still lacks the consistency to become an elite player. He’s got the potential, but to be counted among the best, he needs to find that regular level of performance,” Sherwood said.
