Renowned comedian and social commentator Kwaku Sintim-Mintah (KSM) has taken a swipe at the current Mahama administration, accusing it of lacking a clear national agenda and effective governance strategy.

In a recent video shared on his YouTube channel, KSM expressed concern over what he described as a leadership vacuum that has allowed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to dominate national discourse with “silly agendas,” such as the recent back-and-forth over a cocaine scandal.

“If the NDC developed a national agenda, complete with clear policies, interventions, and a framework for the country’s progress, it would fill this vacuum, making it impossible for anyone to create unnecessary controversies,” KSM asserted.

He argued that the absence of a well-communicated plan has opened the door for the opposition to distract the public from pressing issues.

KSM further lamented what he perceives as a lack of energy and cohesion within the administration. While acknowledging President John Mahama’s personal drive, he criticized the seeming lack of enthusiasm among some ministers and officials.

“They won power because people wanted fresh energy, but now, the momentum is missing,” he said, stressing the need for ministers to actively support and articulate the President’s vision.

KSM warned that if the current trend continues, the government could lose the public’s confidence. He called for a more dynamic, policy-driven approach that engages citizens and counters political distractions with substance.
