The Round of 16 stage of the Ghana FA Cup delivered drama, penalties, and decisive wins as the quarter-final line-up took shape.

Second-tier side Attram De Visser produced one of the most commanding displays of the round, thrashing Premier League bottom club Eleven Wonders 4–0 to seal progression.

Nations FC edged Swedru All Blacks 2-1 in a tightly contested encounter to book their place in the last eight.

Medeama needed penalties to progress after a goalless draw with Samartex, holding their nerve to win 4-2 in the shootout. Dreams FC also impressed, overcoming Inter Allies 4-2 in an entertaining contest.

Defending champions Asante Kotoko were knocked out after being held 0–0 by Aduana FC before losing 4-2 on penalties, ending their title defence at the Round of 16 stage.

Heart of Lions secured a hard-fought 3-2 away win over True Life, Techiman Liberty Youth defeated Real Tamale United 2-0, and Berekum Chelsea wrapped up the round with a 1-0 win over Tamale City courtesy of a second-half goal.
