The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has said the Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) will undergo planned maintenance work at the Mallam Bulk Supply Point on Sunday, May 18, 2025.

According to a statement from ECG, the exercise will temporarily disrupt power supply in the following areas: Odorkor, Awoshie, Sakaman, Mallam, Darkuman, Santa Maria, Kwashieman, Sowutuom, Ablekuma, Tabora, Joma, and Manhean.

Additionally, residents of Gbawe, Weija, West Hills Mall, Oblogo, Anyaa, Bortianor, McCarthy Hills, Mandela, Sunda Industries, Tuba, Dunkonaa, and Dansoman will also experience power outages due to the maintenance work.

ECG has apologised for any inconvenience the outage may cause and has assured residents that the maintenance is essential to enhancing the reliability and quality of electricity supply.
