Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has called for unwavering support from the club’s fans ahead of their Ghana Premier League clash against Karela United.

The Rainbow Club secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Nations FC, with Mawuli Wayo netting the only goal of the game to hand the side a crucial three points.

That result has lifted the ‘Phobians’ to third position on the league table with 49 points, keeping them within touching distance of the top as the season enters its final stretch.

Speaking ahead of the game, the experienced tactician emphasized the importance of the supporters, acknowledging their loyalty and urging them to remain positive around the team.

“The fans are what we have, and they don’t leave—they have nowhere to go so we always appreciate their comments. We appreciate their positivity, and we will always do our best in order to put the club first,” he said.

He further appealed for patience, noting that while the team is committed to winning, challenges are inevitable.

“Where we are not able to get what they anticipate for, please they should understand that it is our wish—it is the players’ wish to do everything humanly possible to win every game. But sometimes the games there will be difficulties, but they need to cheer, they need to continue to support, they need to be positive around these boys and the team,” he added.

The game is slated for 15:00GMT (3:00pm) at the Ohene Gyan Stadium.
