Karela United returned to winning ways in the Ghana Premier League after beating Bechem United at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

Two first half goals from Yahaya Abdul-Rahman and Bless Ege were enough to secure the hosts’ first win in four matches.

The Pride and Passion raced into a 15th-minute lead after Abdul-Rahman met Ali Alhassan’s cross to score the opener.

Ege won a penalty in the 41st minute and converted the spot-kick with power and precision to double their advantage.

Bechem United will look to bounce back when they return to the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park to host Nations FC for week 8 fixture.

Karela United will also be on the road to face Asante Kotoko on matchday 8 of the 2025/2026 Ghana Premier League season.
