Iraqi Kadu Kaidy (5-0, 3 KOs) delivered an impressive performance to capture the vacant WBC Asian Silver 175lb title, scoring a third-round TKO victory over Jaspreet Singh (13-5, 8 KOs) on Saturday, October 31, at FCC Club in Pattaya, Thailand.

Kaidy, an Iraqi national based in Germany, launched an aggressive assault early, landing powerful combinations. In the second round, he connected with a left hook that sent Singh to the canvas for an eight-count. Although Singh attempted to turn the tide in the third round by pressing the action, Kaidy maintained control, landing a devastating right hand that floored the Indian fighter twice more. The referee ultimately stepped in to stop the fight at 1:39 of the third round to protect Singh from further punishment.

In the co-main event, Marco Krause (6-0, 6 KOs) captured the vacant WBA Asia South 175lb title by knocking out Indian fighter Vikrant (reportedly 7-1). Krause, a German fighter, applied pressure from the opening round, wearing down his opponent with uppercuts to the body. The bout ended when Krause landed a powerful right hook to the body, dropping Vikrant to the canvas for a full ten-count at 2:39 of the third round.

Meanwhile, Pakistani Abida Batool (5-2-1, 1 KO) claimed the vacant WIBA world atomweight title with a technical split-decision victory over Thai fighter Wandee Sinongkhrot in the fifth round. The contest was closely fought, with the Pakistani fighter taking the initiative and pressing the attack while the Thai fighter responded effectively with well-timed counterpunches. The bout came to an end in the fifth round when Batool sustained a nose injury, apparently caused by an accidental clash of heads, and the ringside physician determined that she could not continue. Consequently, the decision went to the judges’ scorecards. Two judges scored the fight 49-48 and 50-45 in favor of Batool, while the third judge scored it 48-47 for Sinongkhrot.
