The academy was officially launched by Revele Film and Television Productions in association with the African University of Communications and Business, with the Executive Secretary of the National Film Authority (NFA), Kafui Danku-Pitcher, delivering remarks at the ceremony.
In her address, Danku-Pitcher stressed the need for training programmes that go beyond classroom theory and prepare young creatives for the realities of working in the industry.
