    Black Stars captain, Jordan Ayew has emerged as the best performer in the ongoing 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers globally.

    Jordan Ayew has beaten Argentina captain, Lionel Messi and Norway’s Erling Haaland to become the best performing player in the ongoing 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

    The Leicester City striker scored and assisted twice in Ghana’s 5-0 victory over Central African Republic on matchday 9 of the qualifiers at the Stade d’Honneur de Meknès in Morocco on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
