    John Dumelo Reacts To His Nomination As Deputy Minister-Designate For Food and Agriculture

    John Dumelo Reacts To His Nomination As Deputy Minister-Designate For Food and Agriculture

    Ghanaian actor and politician, John Dumelo, has reacted to his nomination as Deputy Minister-Designate for Food and Agriculture.

    His nomination was made on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, by President John Mahama. It was announced by the Acting Spokesperson to the President, Felix Kwakye Ofosu.

    On the back of this, Minister of Food and Agriculture, Hon. Eric Opoku congratulated Dumelo.

    He wrote: “Congratulations @johndumelo on your well-deserved nomination as Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture! Your dedication and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the growth and success of our agricultural sector. Looking forward to working together.”

    Reacting to Hon. Opoku’s post, John Dumelo expressed his readiness to work with him and transform the agric sector.

    “Thanks so much, Senior. Can’t wait to begin working with you to transform the agric sector. I have always admired you and your contributions. Have an amazing morning, my boss,” he responded.

    John Dumelo is also the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon.
