Ghanaian gospel singer Jerry Odom has released a powerful new single titled Nhyira Nsem, a spiritually charged single that is already resonating deeply with audiences across the country and beyond.

Officially released on Tuesday, 28th October 2025, the song has garnered over 21,000 YouTube views within its first day, a testament to its immediate impact and the hunger for uplifting, faith-filled music.

Nhyira Nsem, which translates to “Words of Blessing,” is more than just a song.

It’s a prophetic declaration, drawing directly from the Aaronic blessing in Numbers 6:24-26, the chorus proclaims: “The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.”

Sang in Twi, one of Ghana’s most widely spoken languages, the song bridges ancient~ scripture with contemporary worship, making it both culturally grounded and spiritually universal.

Jerry Odom’s delivery is heartfelt, his voice carrying the weight of conviction and the warmth of divine assurance.

The single is now available on Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, and Deezer, ensuring that listeners around the world can access its message of hope and favour.

Whether heard in a church service, a quiet devotional moment, or through headphones on a busy commute, Nhyira Nsem offers a moment of peace and spiritual alignment.

Jerry Odom is known for his ability to blend lyrical depth with melodic simplicity, creating songs that are both easy to sing and rich in meaning.

With Nhyira Nsem, he continues his mission of using music as a vessel for healing, encouragement, and divine connection.
