    Belgian forward of Ghanaian descent, Jeremy Doku, delivered a breathtaking goal in Manchester City’s emphatic 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Wednesday December 4, 2024.

    The win marked a much-needed return to form for Pep Guardiola’s side, ending a four-game winless streak in the league.

    With Kevin De Bruyne making his first Premier League start since mid-September, the Citizens looked rejuvenated at the Etihad Stadium.

    City wasted no time asserting their dominance as Bernardo Silva opened the scoring in the eighth minute, converting a clever header from De Bruyne.

    Kevin De Bruyne’s brilliance shone in the 37th minute when he doubled City’s advantage with a trademark clinical strike.

    Shortly after the hour mark, Jeremy Doku stole the show. Picking up a pass from Erling Haaland, the dynamic winger glided past Nikola Milenković with ease before unleashing a sensational strike into the back of the net.

    His goal was a testament to his skill and confidence, cementing his growing reputation as a key player for Manchester City.

    With his goal tonight, Jeremy Doku now has two goals and two assists to his name after making 10 appearances for Manchester City in the English Premier.
