A pair of Philadelphia Eagles fans got married in the parking lot of Lincoln Financial Field just before their beloved birds took on the Dallas Cowboys.

The couple, Lindsey Carl and Brandon Byrd, won a contest put on by Jason and Travis Kelce‘s Garage Beer brand to have the ceremony before Monday Night Football.

Jason was present for the wedding, going on to joke about how great the occasion was during Monday Night Countdown.

‘It was incredible, Eagles fans galore, probably the most legendary wedding I’ve been to this year,’ the former Eagles center noted.

Host Scott Van Pelt, who was a guest at the wedding of Travis and Taylor Swift over the summer, laughed at the insinuation before asking Jason if he was serious.

Jason laughed before responding: ‘Alright, I might walk that back. I’ll put it second.’

Jason, who saw the ceremony, joked it was ‘the most legendary wedding I’ve been to this year’

Earlier this year, Jason was the best man for his brother Travis’ wedding to Taylor Swift

While Carl wore a white wedding dress and Eagles cowboy boots, Byrd leaned into his team spirit with a green suit. He paired it with Eagles socks and a feather pinned to his lapel.

Even the aisle was green, with Carl being escorted by her father. The pair then exchanged rings while the Philly Pops performed throughout the ceremony, which was officiated by former Philadelphia Phillies baseball star Shane Victorino.

The couple, now the Byrds, released white doves from a heart-shaped basket after they were officially declared husband and wife.

Jason and fellow ex-Eagles player Beau Allen appeared during the wedding to distribute cans of beer and offer congratulations to the newlyweds.

It’s not Jason’s biggest role at a wedding this year, considering he served as Travis’ best man when he and Swift tied the knot.

‘The football world, celebrity world, singers from Nashville, actors, actresses, people that we grew up with in Cleveland Heights, a melting pot of individuals,’ Jason recalled of the nuptials at Madison Square Garden.

‘And the ceremony was gorgeous,’ he added. ‘They did such an incredible job. And then, from then on, it was a party.’
