Ivanka Trump appeared to form a newfound ‘power duo’ with younger brother Barron at the State of the Union address, a body language expert has claimed.

The president’s nearly two hour speech was a rare moment for all five of Trump’s children to unite behind their father as he listed his second term accomplishments.

Body language expert Judi James noticed in particular how often Trump’s eldest daughter and younger son created a ‘new dynamic that looked emphatically performed enough to be meaningful.

‘Barron and Ivanka seemed to have formed a new sibling power couple, sitting side by side, with Barron looking watchful and serious while Ivanka chatted to him until they were engaged together in some ongoing conversation,’ James said.

Ivanka also drew James’ focus in her interactions with First Lady Melania Trump, noting that they ‘have history in terms of being accused of frostiness.’

However, James believed that Ivanka was ‘waiting’ for stepmother Melania to acknowledge her.

‘Ivanka’s eye direction showed she was watching Melania in the expectation of a greeting or interaction,’ she said.

Melania, according to James, turned to those behind her first before pivoting forward to Ivanka.

‘She suddenly and very deliberately leaned her head to greet Ivanka, again with a display of warmth that looked deliberately and emphatically performed.’

James said that Melania, upon arrival, ‘looked prepared to do business rather than add the Hollywood-style glamour of last year.’

Her most prominent gesture was raising he hand in a hail motion while walking down the stairs, before ‘leaning to grab Barron’s arm when she arrived at her seat and proffering a cheek as she bent to kiss it.’

Ivanka posted a photo of herself alongside single Barron, brothers Don Jr and Eric and sister Tiffany.

‘State of the Union. Here we go!’ she wrote.

Melania looked effortlessly chic at State of the Union alongside husband President Donald Trump.

The 55-year-old stepped out hand-in-hand with her husband ahead of his address in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday night.

She shunned fashion critics by opting for a gray Dolce & Gabbana tailored power suit which she wore with a crisp white collared shirt.

The First Lady accessorized with a pair of small stud earrings, a thin black leather belt and pointed-toe heels.

She wore her honey tresses in loose curls that were swept back over her shoulders. Melania has long been a fan of tailored suits.

President Trump was joined at the event by his children – Don Jr, Ivanka, Eric, Tiffany and Barron – as the family put on a united front for the event.

He previously teased his State of the Union address on Monday by telling a White House audience it would be lengthy.

‘It’s going to be a long speech because we have so much to talk about,’ he previewed to reporters, touting the ‘greatest economy we’ve ever had.’

The economy is the number one concern of voters, with 48 percent saying it has declined since the Republican took office one year ago, according to a new ABC/Ipsos poll released this week.

And 60 percent disapprove of the president’s overall job.

Trump exploded at Democratic congressman for refusing to stand up in support of protecting American citizens from illegal alien criminal activity.

‘Stand up if you agree with this statement: The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens – not illegal aliens,’ he said, as several Dems sat firmly in their seats.

At least 70 Democrats boycotted Trump’s State of the Union by attending counterprogramming or protesting at the National Mall. Others have unleashed a sabotage plot to stage walk-outs during Trump’s speech as he prepares to reset his agenda.

During his speech, Trump also addressed his policies to supercharge the US economy as well as the rewiring of global trade and tax cuts.

Earlier, the president warned that his speech would be lengthy as he argued that the country is ‘strong, prosperous and respected’ as it enters its 250th year.

‘It’s going to be a long speech because we have so much to talk about,’ the Trump said on Monday.
