A Nigerian lady demonstrated how her upbringing became a way of life when she nearly knelt to receive her degree at a university abroad.

The lady @aoa_olatty was spotted on stage waiting in line during the graduation ceremony until the event anchor called her name.

She crossed the stage to accept her degree while grinning as her friends cheered her on in the background.

As she was ready to accept her degree, the woman nearly knelt, illustrating the custom of Yoruba women to attempt kneeling before receiving something from an adult.

Viewers have flocked to the comment section to congratulate the lady. Many claimed her attitude showcased the result of proper home training.
