Blessing Eze, the wife of actor Stanley Eze, has shared an uplifting message to women struggling with body image and self-esteem.

Speaking during an appearance on The Morayo Show, she addressed concerns about size and self-worth after the host asked, “Many girls who are the same size as you struggle with low self-esteem. What would you say to those who think it is because of their size that they cannot get a good man?”

She responded: “It is not about size but about building oneself and becoming a woman of value. Be enough. The right man will see it.”

Blessing also recalled moments during her courtship when Stanley encouraged her to go to the gym more often than she wanted. “Please o, this is how you saw me,” she would tell him.

She encouraged women to embrace themselves, stressing that a man who genuinely loves someone will accept them as they are, regardless of size.
