    After surviving a car accident, Ghanaian actor and television personality Akrobeto has spoken publicly for the first time.

    The host of The Real News on UTV was involved in the incident on Friday, May 23, 2025, when his vehicle collided with an articulated truck.

    In a video shared afterwards, Akrobeto confirmed the details, revealing that the impact dragged his car approximately 20 meters.

    Describing the crash as “serious,” the veteran actor expressed deep gratitude to God for sparing his life.

    Speaking from a hospital in Kumasi, he shared that the doctor had assured him of his well-being and noted that another passenger in the car had also escaped without injury.

    Akrobeto extended heartfelt thanks to Ghanaians for their outpouring of support during the ordeal.

    He also acknowledged Fadda Dickson, along with the management and staff of UTV, for their care and concern in the aftermath of the accident.
