    Spanish legend Sergio Busquets was given a befitting retirement farewell parade by his club Inter Miami on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

    The Spanish midfield maestro, who joined the MLS side in 2023, was celebrated by teammates, fans, and club officials for his professionalism, leadership, and lasting impact both on and off the pitch.

    He was honored with a special parade before Inter Miami’s MLS game against the Chicago Fire.

    Sergio Busquets attended the parade with his wife Elena Galera and three children.

    The Intern Miami midfielder Sergio Busquets announced that he is retiring at the end of the season via an Instagram video on September 26, 2025.

    He now brings an end to a career that spans for close to two decades playing for his boyhood club FC Barcelona and Inter Miami.
