Alleged ‘honey trap’ murderess Jade McCaskie is nearing the end of her court-ordered rehab and enjoying a breezy eastern suburbs lifestyle while on bail and living with her wealthy benefactor.
The woman police accuse of playing a key role in a father-of-one’s fatal fall at a western Sydney unit block earlier this year ventured out to report to Rose Bay police station on Thursday, ducking out of the $3million home of her ‘close friend’ Henry Go – the man who generously stumped up her $100,000 bond to get her out of jail.
Mr Go, a Sydney businessman, has been friends with the blonde since she was 19 and vouched for her good behaviour while awaiting trial on murder charges.
McCaskie is the only one of the four accused not behind bars over the death of 44-year-old Nathan Hill, whom she allegedly lured to his death with nude photos, a ‘hot’ video, and the promise of drugs and possibly sex.
Hill died after falling from an apartment block in Castle Hill, where he had expected to meet with McCaskie in May this year.
In lurid messages exchanged before the fatal plunge on the encrypted service Signal – exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail – McCaskie allegedly demanded money from Hill before sending him the sexy images.

Her co-accused, Todd Ryan, Jake Campbell and McCaskie’s boyfriend Viet Phong Pham, 30, have not applied for bail.
Since the Castle Hill incident, McCaskie and Phong appear to have broken things off. She was wearing a diamond ring when the Mail pictured her on August 11, but her hands were bare when she was photographed this week.
On Thursday, McCaskie stepped outside on one of Sydney’s hottest days this Spring as Mr Go drove her to the Rose Bay cop shop.
Wearing beige trousers, black thongs and a white tank top, her long hair loose around her shoulders, she squinted in the harsh sunlight after hurrying into the police station, a familiar reporting point for accused criminals in Sydney’s east.
Bailed into Mr Go’s care on her second release application, McCaskie was ordered to undergo 12 weeks of rehab at the Reset My Future clinic. Her recovery stint is due to expire this month and it’s unclear if she will voluntarily continue treatment.
She is believed to spend most of her time inside under virtual house arrest at Mr Go’s garden apartment, where she recently celebrated her 35th birthday.
McCaskie, who is under court orders not to use a ‘smartphone’ or access WhatsApp, Snapchat or other mobile apps, and to abstain from drugs and alcohol, had been living at the address on and off for years leading up to Hill’s alleged murder.

Mr Go, who is McCaskie’s bail benefactor, was briefly seen with her at his home on August 11
McCaskie’s lawyers argue the case against her is weak, but prosecutors say she played a ‘crucial role’ in luring Hill to the Crane Road location where he was allegedly attacked by McCaskie’s boyfriend and two other men.
The Mail has seen CCTV grabs showing McCaskie hiding in the bin room of the unit complex while texting her boyfriend and co-accused via Signal, saying: ‘Just get him. I want the money. I’m taking all of it.’
Minutes after those messages were sent, Hill – who had been asked by McCaskie to bring a ‘litre or two’ of liquid drugs, possibly GHB, to the apartment – fell from the third floor after being allegedly set upon by McCaskie’s three co-accused.
Hill plunged about 11 metres after jumping to escape the alleged violent ambush, his screams of ‘help me, help me, help me’ waking neighbours who called emergency services to the scene.
Paramedics found a stricken Hill dying from head and chest injuries in a ground floor courtyard, allegedly uttering the words: ‘They were bashing me so I jumped… I jumped to get away.’
In a Signal message seen by the Mail, one of McCaskie’s co-accused, Todd Ryan, allegedly urged her to ‘get out of here’ following Hill’s fall, after which she fled the bin room and took off for Port Macquarie with Pham.

Among hundreds of pages of Signal texts tendered in McCaskie’s NSW Supreme Court bail application, she began by messaging Hill about drugs, sex and money on the afternoon of Friday, May 15 this year.
At 7.08pm, McCaskie made her first alleged demand for money or drugs, asking Hill: ‘Can u send me 80.’
Hill replied at about 8.30pm, ‘I can soon. Can U send me that XXX pic at all?’
He referred to her as ‘babe’ later that evening, said that he could get ‘about 200 mls for now’ and asked her to hang out with him later.
By 12.24am on Saturday, she again alluded to the exchange of intimate photos for cash, texting: ‘If I send u something … pls send me money I’m at the pokies.’
Minutes later, he asked, ‘U wanna cum over too?’ to which she replied, ‘Cum lol.’
When he said he was ‘gonna send U 50 now’, she responded, ‘More more imma bout to send,’ and, ‘I swear to God if this doesn’t get me more than 100, you’re dead.’
McCaskie was arrested in Woolloomooloo on May 21 and charged with the alleged joint criminal enterprise murder of Hill, who had plunged to his death four days earlier
In the encrypted Signal messages, McCaskie asked the deceased for money and in exchange sent him a photo and a ‘hot’ video. (Above: a mock-up of the texts, along with a pixelated image that is not the nude shot sent by the accused)
Texts exchanged between McCaskie and her boyfriend on the night Hill died in the courtyard of a Castle Hill apartment block included her allegedly urging: ‘I want the money. Just get him’
At 12.40am, McCaskie texted over the promised nude image and at 12.41am Hill replied, ‘F*** that is one of the nicest p***ys’ babe.
At 12.43am, Jade messaged: ‘Send me more money right now.’ Hill replied by 12.55am: ‘You are f***in awesome.’
At 1.36am, McCaskie texted, ‘another 50 wtf lol,’ and he responded at 1.38am: ‘Ok babe. That video is as hot as f***.’
Between that time and 4.38am, she texted him, ‘I need more’, ‘I need drinks’, ‘Hey babe… send me 100 pls,’ and he responded: ‘I have some drinks.’
The plan was then hatched for Hill to drive up to Castle Hill that evening for an alleged exchange of drugs.
Hill parked his Hyundai outside the Castle Hill address, a four-storey block of flats on Crane Road, at 2.01am, by which time McCaskie was hiding in the ground floor bin room.
McCaskie was arrested along with her boyfriend and co-accused Viet Pham. Two other men have also been charged with Nathan’s Hill’s alleged murder and remain in custody

McCaskie and Viet Pham then exchanged texts via Signal in which they discussed the upcoming ‘exchange’ of drugs and money, with Hill seen on CCTV carrying a ‘small satchel probably of prohibited drugs’.
Hill was escorted by co-accused Todd Ryan up to the third floor where Viet Pham and a third man, Jake Campbell, allegedly lay in wait.
At 1.51am, Jade texted Pham: ‘Srsly I’m taking everything his got.’ Between 2.05am and 2.18am, she messaged Pham repeatedly, saying: ‘I want the money. Simple as that. Use take the rest. Dude just get him. Go for it.’
At 2.18am, Jade texted Pham: ‘Get his phone… Take his phone. Get his phone. His talking s**t.’
Stills of CCTV footage at 2.21am showed three men, with hoodies or caps obscuring their faces, walking past behind the bin room where McCaskie was sheltering beside black plastic bags while sitting near a large bin and talking on her phone.
At 2.28am, Ryan texted McCaskie: ‘F*** get out of here. Babe you outta here.’
Court documents reveal that at 1.31pm the next day, Monday, May 18, McCaskie messaged Henry Go via Signal, saying ‘I’m in so much trouble,’ to which he replied: ‘What happened? Why are u in trouble? Can u tell me?’
McCaskie wrote, ‘Not on this. I’ll call u.’ Mr Go responded, ‘U probably need to go make a statement in the morning’, to which Jade wrote back: ‘Henry no.’
On the afternoon of Thursday, May 21, officers arrested McCaskie and Viet Pham at his Woolloomooloo unit along with, according to police facts, ‘replica firearms, knives, prohibited drugs and cash’.
Police charged McCaskie over her alleged role in the joint criminal enterprise of Hill’s alleged murder.
