Last week, photos of Jesse Baird’s bullet wound were shown to the jury.
Justice Natalie Adams warned jurors that Baird’s skin would be decomposed to the point where it wasn’t recognisable as skin.
She didn’t allow the image to appear on the court’s screen.
Instead, jurors were given photocopies of the images and crown prosecutors pointed to the portions they referred to.
The images will not be released to the media or seen by the public.
Former senior sergeant Greg Moon told the court Baird (pictured with Luke Davies) was only wearing black boxer shorts.
He was also wearing two rings, one on each hand, and an earring stud.
Mr Moon explained the stages of decomposition in gruesome detail, including a bullet wound in his temple and the ‘insect life’ at the scene.
The court also heard that Luke Davies’s body was left in its own surfboard bag, underneath the body of Baird.
Some of Davies’ arm tattoos were still visible, former senior constable Greg Moon told the court, but decomposition was severe.
Davies was lying on his stomach and wearing only black Calvin Klein underwear.
The court also heard that Lamarre-Condon allegedly left a litany of evidence near the bodies, including a pile of blood-stained bedsheets and his Uber Eats costume, along with fingerprints and his Budget rental card.
Former senior constable Greg Moon told the court that a range of men’s clothing, a high-vis jacket, hoodies, bloodied bedsheets and Country Road towels were found in a pile in Bungonia.
The pile was located near the bodies of Baird and Davies.
Along with clothing and linen, investigators found a motorbike helmet with a strand of hair inside and a packet of plastic coveralls allegedly bearing Lamarre-Condon’s fingerprint.
Investigators also allegedly found Lamarre-Condon’s DNA on other items, including a high-vis hoodie.
Also found in the pile were gumboots, stained men’s shoes, face masks, and a coffee cup that allegedly had Lamarre-Condon’s DNA on it.
The court was also shown a Budget car rental tag that had Lamarre-Condon’s name on it.
Lamarre-Condon is accused of renting a van from a car dealership the day he allegedly killed Baird and Davies.
He allegedly cut up Jesse Baird’s driver’s license and passport before dumping them near his body, along with Baird’s wallet.
The court was shown images of the contents of Baird’s wallet, which was found among a pile of bloody bedsheets and clothes in Bungonia, south of Sydney.
His licence and passport had been cut into several pieces.
Police also found a number of Bunnings receipts which matched the purchases Lamarre-Condon made in the days after he allegedly killed Baird and Davies.
