    Ghana forward, Inaki Williams has reacted to his goal for Athletic Club in the La Liga encounter against Villarreal on Sunday, December 8, 2024.

    Taking to his social media to react after the game, the delighted Black Stars forward said, “Returning to good habits.”

    Inaki Williams started for Athletic Club in the game against Villarreal on Sunday in a Week 16 encounter of the 2024/25 Spanish La Liga campaign.

    In the match played at the Estadio San Mames, the hosts took the lead after 21 minutes when Aitor Paredes found the back of the net after a good series of exchanges between the two teams.

    The second breakthrough came in the 69th minute when Ianki Williams capitalised on a sublime assist from Oihan Sancet.

    The Ghana international calmly slotted the ball into the bottom left corner, doubling Athletic Club’s lead and sealing the victory.

    This season, Inaki Williams has been instrumental for the Basque side, contributing four goals and four assists in 16 La Liga appearances.
